1. Who is responsible
The team behind Guía de Rutas por Colombia.
2. What we use your data for
To answer your waitlist request (country, language for your guide, region, dates, travelers, email or WhatsApp) and to tell you when guides in your language are available. If you accept cookies, we count visits by language and source to measure this page. We do not sell your data or show ads.
3. Legal basis
Your prior, express and informed authorization (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, art. 9; GDPR art. 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time.
4. Your rights
To know, update, correct and delete your data, withdraw your authorization, ask for proof of it and complain to the SIC (Law 1581, art. 8). If you are in the EU, also access, portability, restriction and objection (GDPR arts. 15 to 22), and a complaint to your data protection authority.
5. How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or 24 months after your last request, whichever comes first.
6. Transfers outside Colombia
Today your request stays in this browser. Before any provider stores it, we will name the provider, its country and the safeguards here (Law 1581, art. 26; GDPR art. 46).
7. How to reach us
By the contact email in the notice at the top, once the owner sets it. We answer questions within 10 business days and claims within 15 (Law 1581, arts. 14 and 15).
